Please read carefully our terms of use of our site, as they contain important information about relationships, rights and responsibilities between You as a Visitor / Customer and INKOMTEL Ltd., as owner of the site.

Using the services of this site in their every form means that the Visitor / Customer agrees and undertakes to comply strictly with these terms.

To place an order and to purchase goods from our site it is necessary for you to register.

To do so, select "Register" top right of the site or from the menu below.

A form appears and must be completed by the required fields marked with a star.


Once you have registered on our site, you can order your desired product.

Log in via "Login" with your username and password - the top right of the site or from the menu below.

Select your product and add it in the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart."

If you want you can select more items and add them to your cart.

After you have finished your selection press "Checkout".

Your data that you have entered when registering on our site appears in the window.

You can select "New address" and save it or leave the one you registered with. If delivery address matches your registration, you can go to the  next step.

If you want the goods to be delivered to another address, uncheck the box "Shipping Address" and enter the new address in the fields that will appear below, then go to the next step.

Chooseyour payment method - bottom left of the form and method of delivery - bottom right.

If you have any specific requirements for payment and delivery, you can describe them in text form after checking the special instructions.

When choosing a bank payment, an account window appears with the recorded data required for making a payment.

Note that you agree with the "Terms" of the site (must be pre-acquainted with them) and finalize the order.

A screen appears with information about successfully completed order and the payment and delivery data. Payment is made by bank transfer, the expenses are your responsibility.

When selecting "ePay" payment, a window appears where you enter your data and make the payment (you must be registered in "").

When selecting "EasyPay" payment, a window appears in which a "Payment Code" is given to you. With this code you should go to the office of "" and pay the amount of the order in cash.

Upon completion of the contract, a representativeof "INKOMTEL" Ltd will contact you by phone to confirm the order.


A digital free delivery is selected for a software supply that does not include the physical carrier.

A link is sent to the client’s e-mail, from which to download the ordered program trough the internet.

Delivery of the goods is made by a courier - "Interlogistica"  to a location specified by the customer or to the officeof the courier.

For goods worth up to 300 leva cost, the delivery is 8 leva and for those over 300 leva- the delivery is for free.

Delivery time is two working days of ordering and payment of goods.

If the order is made  by 3 pm, the goods are received on the next working day, and if the order is made after 3 pm, it is shipped within two working days.

Delivery shall not take place on weekends and on public holidays.


The online payment for the goods in INKOMTEL Ltd. online shop can be accomplished in several ways:

  1.     By transferring the sum from the customer at our bank account. When choosing a "bank transfer" payment method, a bid number is generated after the customer places an order. The client makes a bank transfer to the INKOMTEL Ltd  account, citing the number of the offer as a basis for the transfer. The validity of the offer is three working days.
  2.     By "ePay"- registered customers in, can pay for goods with Bulgarian debit cards - Maestro / MasterCard / Visa Electron / Visa and its micro account.
  3.     Through "EasyPay" - the amount of the order made ​​through the web site is paid in cash at the office of  "", by providing the payment code which is generated when finalizing the order. 
  4.     Cash - cash to the courier upon receipt of goods.

All fees to banks and courier companies in payment for the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Goods in our electronic catalog can be ordered and paid on the spot in our offices and our dealers.


INKOMTEL Ltd. reserves its right not to fulfill an order placed through the online store, if the client’s completed data  is not valid, or if the goods ordered are unavailable. The operator of INKOMTELLtd. is obliged to inform the client about this trough the provided phone number or e-mail.

Confirmation of the order is within the working day if the order is made before 3pm, and on the next working day if the order is made after 3pm. In case the order was made on a holiday, the confirmation is on the next working day.

The client can refuse or change the order before its confirmation by the operator. In case of refusal of an order,  if the customer has paid the amount with a debit card, the sum will be refunded in the client's account.

The customer shall pay the contract value of the prices specified in the order. If the product cannot be delivered, the operator may propose an alternative product with similar features and price, which the customer has the right to accept or refuse.


Upon delivery the customer receives a warranty card and take-over protocol for goods purchased by him.

In the warranty is specified the warranty period and service workshops.

The warranty period starts from date of purchase.

By signing the take-over protocol the client accepts the warranty.

The customer is obliged to keep the warranty card and provide it whenever a guarantee claim event occurs.

It should be paid directly to the services in the Warranty Card.

All costs associated with transportation and replacement of goods to and from service centers are charged to the customer.


According to Art. 55 of the CPA, the client has the right to return purchased goods from the Internet store within seven working days of delivery, without giving any reason and without penalties and compensations.

The product must be in full kit in its original packaging, documentation and in good presentation.

In this case the customer is entitled to receive a refund of the purchase amount within 30 days of receipt of goods in the bank account designated by him in return. In case the customer has paid with a bank card, the amount is recovered in the same bank account and card from which the payment is received.

The costs of transporting the goods to the office of INKOMTEL Ltd. or address designated by us for reimbursement shall be borne by the customer.

In case of returning goods, the customer must call the contact phone number of INKOMTEL Ltd. – 0601/66999 and indicate the invoice number of purchased merchandise.

Employee of INKOMTEL Ltd. indicates the address to which the customer can return the goods. Returning may occur only on weekdays between 9:00 to 18:00 pm

INKOMTEL Ltd. has the right to refuse to return a purchased item if it is returned by the customer without proper documentation issued for the purchase (invoice, receipt, warranty card, instructions and more if any) or if the product is damaged or with abnormal appearance, and with uninstalled product software (other than original product offered).

Customer is entitled to refuse to deliver goods in the following cases without compensation:

  1.  the difference in cost of goods agreed to at the time of the contract;
  2.  if at the time of delivery obvious defects are found in goods or damaged packaging and proves that with a protocol for damaged goods signed by the courier;
  3.  if the goods supplied does not correspond to the ordered;

In each of the above cases INKOMTEL Ltd.  is recovering amounts paid by the Client within 30 calendar days from the date of filing the waiver.

Please do not send product claims until you have contacted a representative of the company.
Sent technique claim must be accompanied with a completed claim form.

It is mandatory to describe the problem because of which you are sending the goods back.

In addition to the information you provide us, we may also collect information during your visit to our site with tools for automatic collection of information including cookies, links, pages, and other commonly used tools for gathering information.

The information we collect to understand your needs and interests helps us make your visit a consequently and personalized.
